Extended Online Returns

Products purchased from November 15, 2023 are eligible for return until January 15, 2024, provided that the product has not been worn, used, is not damaged, is in its original packaging and complete with all components.

The refund will be made within 30 days or earlier after the reception of the product & validation of quality control.

Please note that online returns are not accepted in our physical stores.

Tissot MidCity In-Store Returns

For purchases in-store at Tissot MidCity Sydney Boutique, exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase, providing the product has not been worn, damaged, or adjusted and must be accompanied by a receipt. Sorry no refunds.
